What are your office hours?

   We are open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00-3:00. If you need to come in after three o'clock, you can call & we will make you an appointment after hours. Otherwise, you don't need an appointment.

Do you have a toll free phone number?

   Yes, our toll free number is 877-730-7403. To reach us outside regular business hours, your best option is to use the contact us link on the home page to send an e-mail.

What insurances do you accept?

   We are participating providers with Medicare and Medicaid, and we are in-network with most of our area's PPO insurance plans such as OGB, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Vantage, and Humana. We are also members of several HMO organizations. We would be happy to verifiy your benefits for you. Just call or send us an e-mail.

How long does a post-mastectomy fitting take?

   Typically, a fitting takes around 20-30 minutes. We will measure and obtain a base size, then try on several bra styles in that size range. Your prosthesis will be selected based on your surgery type, your body shape, and your individual preferences about weight and feel. We have two large fitting rooms each with a complete inventory, so your comfort and privacy are assured.

Can I bring my daughter or husband with me?

   Of course! We have a very comfortable sitting area complete with coffee for husbands who prefer to wait outside the fitting room. Frequently, our ladies have to wait for their husbands to finish visiting with the other gentlemen waiting before she can leave! Or there is plenty of room in the fitting room with you if you would like some company and a second opinion as we try things on.
